The mattress arrived quickly. They sent a Sleepys Snug brand mattress instead of the Tulo. After a little research I found out that they are the same mattress just with different branding. I also e-mailed their customer service at night and had a satisfactory response by noon the next day! I had to carry/push/pull the mattress up three stories to my daughter's apartment (no elevator). The mattress in a box concept made that easier than moving a traditional bed. I would buy this again.

This is the second mattress I bought from this seller. My one son loved it so much my second son was jealous so I bought him one. Item as described , price was great , and 6 months after sleeping on the first mattress my son loves it. Would recommend this item and seller .

Item shipped on time and packed well. Only feedback I have is that the mattress is labeled as 'firm' on the listing but it said 'medium' on the box. Other than that, we love it.
